Placing a janitor supply order online is very safe. We are a trusted VeriSign
partner site, and for the benefit of our customers, we deploy 128 bit secure

cards on our servers, nor do we rent or sell our customer list, so your personal
information is always ultra safe and secure.
Shipping:
The more janitorial supplies buy, the more you save with our Flat Rate $12.95 shipping charge
per order. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon PST normally ship same day and
should arrive to you within 2-3 business days or sooner. A
minimum order amount of $50. In order to accommodate orders less than $50, an $8
surcharge will apply.
UPS Non-Shippable Items:
Please be advised that some janitorial supplies items are not UPS shippable due to
either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s). In the
event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will
deliver to you via truck. There is a surcharge on such items, which will be
disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
Returns:
All unopened products purchased can be returned within 10 days of
your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our
customer support department. Floor machines, sheds, training videos & CDs are
not returnable. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are
subject to an open box fee of 20%. For products placed in error, the cost and
responsibility to ship the product back shall be that of the
customers.
